Summary: The Senior Program Manager for Student Life Education and Leadership researches, develops, implements, and manages educational programs in support of student well-being and leadership. The goal of this position is to build comprehensive systems that empower students and student organizations to become more purposeful, inclusive, and committed members of their communities and to promote the development of the Whole Person in each individual.

Minimum Qualifications:
Active (or pending) membership in the First Church of Christ, Scientist and/or in a Journal-listed branch church or society of the First Church of Christ, Scientist; Christian Science class instruction preferred, but not required; Actively supports Quiet Time; attends Christian Science Organization testimony meetings and other Christian Science programming on campus; Selfless and humble role model in the spirit of Christ Jesus; wisely discerning and able to lead thought gently from the basis of Christian Science; Committed to the mission and goals of Principia and the department as defined and with emphasis on Principia’s Policy 19, the College Wide Learning Outcomes, and department outcomes
