Dining Services Catering Manager

Summary: Works with Catering to prepare all catering projects, and assists with BoH. Individual needs to maintain a positive outlook and demeanor while working. Individual should be able to communicate effectively with other members of the staff and with the management team

Minimum Qualifications:
Food Service experience necessary; Experience working with young adults; Needs to be able to calculate recipe conversions

Special Requirements:
Food Service Sanitation certificate (within 6 mos of hire); Become Van certified; Work extra hours during special events; Must be able to work Evenings, Weekends, Overtime, and Holidays as events dictate.
